Terms & Conditions

Super Retail Pro provides retail billing, GST-compliant invoicing, barcode-level inventory, purchase and returns management, multi-branch operations, reporting, and an optional AI assistant ("Rose AI") that reads supplier bills to help you enter stock. Features may change, improve, or be withdrawn over time.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for your business. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. New accounts are activated only after approval by us.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and only for your own business records. You must not attempt to access other tenants' data, probe or bypass security or usage controls, reverse-engineer the Service, upload unlawful content, or use the Service to violate tax, consumer, or data-protection law.

The business, inventory, sales and customer records you enter are yours. For that data you are the controller and we act as your processor, handling it only to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you upload, including any customer details.

When you use AI bill entry or the AI assistant, the relevant bill image or query is sent to our AI sub-processor (Google's Gemini API) to extract or answer, and the result is returned to you to review. We use a paid API tier under which your content is not used to train the provider's models. AI output may contain errors — you must verify extracted data before relying on it. AI usage is subject to fair-use limits.

Access to the Service may be offered on a subscription or plan basis. Applicable fees, billing cycle and taxes are those communicated to you at sign-up or in your plan. Where an AI or premium add-on is included, related third-party costs are covered by your plan unless stated otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that poses a legal, security or cost risk. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, we retain records only as required for legal and tax purposes (see the Privacy Policy).

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
